Enrica

My name is Enrica, and I’ve always been fascinated by languages and the intersection of different cultures: I believe that every language is a door to the world.

After graduating in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Genoa, I chose to specialize with a Master’s in International Tourism in Switzerland—an intense and stimulating experience, during which I also met Silvia.

I began my professional career as a researcher in tourism economics, delving into the cultural and economic dynamics of a constantly evolving sector. But I felt the desire to bring theory to life, to transform study and analysis into concrete experience.

So I moved to Tuscany and, together with my husband, founded an agriturismo. Here I learned that hospitality is about details, listening, and authenticity. Every choice, every smile, every story contributes to creating an experience that remains in your heart.

Over time, a great passion for the world of olive oil and wine has developed: I am a FISAR Sommelier and have earned the WSET Level 3 certification. I love guiding guests on tasting journeys that combine local culture and sensory pleasure.

I believe that excellence in hospitality comes from the combination of expertise and passion, strategic vision and sincere care. It is this balance that I bring to my work every day.

Ludovica

My name is Ludovica Milozzi: I have Roman roots and a Tuscan soul. I grew up between Rome and Monte Argentario, surrounded by the sea, nature, and animals—elements that have always been a part of my life.

This passion inspired my decision to attend an agricultural technical institute, majoring in viticulture. This program introduced me to the world of wine and the profound connection between territory, production, and culture.

After graduating, I felt the desire to broaden my horizons and moved to Florence to study Communication Sciences. Meanwhile, I began working in the events and F&B industry, a dynamic environment that allowed me to meet people, travel, and discover firsthand the value of hospitality and sharing.

It was there that I realized how passionate I am about creating experiences that make people feel good: good food, good wine, and true hospitality.

To further explore this path, I completed the Gambero Rosso Master’s program in Communication, Food Marketing, and Food and Wine Criticism, returning to explore the world of wine with a fresh perspective. I subsequently chose to further specialize with Dr. Garibaldi’s Master’s program in Food and Wine Tourism Management, where I fully rediscovered the art of hospitality… and where I met Silvia.

Today, I bring with me this blend of curiosity, communication, and passion for the world of food and wine, with the goal of transforming every experience into an authentic story of local culture and hospitality.
