Enrica
My name is Enrica, and I have always nurtured a deep passion for languages and cultural exchange. After earning my degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Genoa, I further specialized with a Master’s in International Tourism in Switzerland — a formative experience during which I had the pleasure of meeting Silvia.
My academic path gave me a solid theoretical foundation in tourism management and hospitality, which I later enriched through professional and entrepreneurial experiences. I first worked as a researcher in tourism economics, an opportunity that deepened my understanding of the industry’s dynamics and its global challenges.
Later, I moved to Tuscany where, together with my husband, I founded our agriturismo. Managing our business has allowed me to translate theory into practice — applying strategic, economic, and cultural insights to daily operations. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong passion for olive oil and wine, becoming a certified FISAR Sommelier and obtaining the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines. These qualifications enable me to guide our guests through authentic and educational tasting experiences.
I strongly believe that excellence in hospitality comes from the perfect balance between theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience. This integration defines my professional approach and allows me to deliver a service that is both authentic and refined — one that truly reflects the essence of Italian hospitality.
